Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Treasury Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Treasury

Manager will oversee daily cash management, including monitoring bank balances, managing liquidity, and executing fund transfers to ensure adequate working capital across entities and accounts. The role includes managing banking relationships, negotiating terms, optimizing transaction costs, and ensuring timely completion of KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Manager will develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, support capital planning, and assist in funding strategies for growth initiatives.



They will implement and refine treasury policies, controls, and reporting frameworks, collaborate with finance, accounting, and leadership teams, and support risk management activities such as FX, investment policies, and internal controls over treasury operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong cash management and liquidity planning skills, including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Candidates should possess expertise in banking operations and relationship management, including handling KYC, documentation, and negotiation of banking products and services.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of treasury controls, compliance, and risk management, including FX exposure monitoring, investment policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare management reports, and support strategic funding decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial and treasury tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or TMS systems) and strong attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, CA, or MBA in finance) are beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
