Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Travel

Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, propose suitable itineraries, and provide end-to-end travel consulting support. Daily responsibilities include managing travel bookings, coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and handling changes or cancellations in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves creating and maintaining reservations in relevant systems, ensuring all details are up to date, and addressing client inquiries with clear, professional communication.

The Travel





Consultant will also support customer service by resolving issues, offering recommendations, and helping enhance the overall client travel experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and oversee complete travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings and maintain accurate itineraries.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or similar reservation systems, and standard office software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, corporate travel, or a related travel services role is preferred.
- Relevant education in travel, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
