We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage recruitment for engineering and technology roles, working closely with hiring managers from sourcing through onboarding.

Location: Remote, India

Employment type: Full-time

Key responsibilities

•

- Understand hiring requirements and translate them into transparent job descriptions and candidate profiles.

•
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and professional communities.

•
- Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess relevant experience, communication and role fit.

•
- Coordinate technical interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates informed throughout the process.

•
- Manage offer follow-ups, joining coordination and onboarding handovers.

•
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report on hiring progress,



pipeline quality and recruitment challenges.

•
- Build a talent pipeline for upcoming technical requirements.

What we’re looking for

•

Experience recruiting for software engineering and other technology roles.

•

- Understanding of common technical skills across frontend, backend, full-stack, QA and DevOps positions.

•
- Familiarity with Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, job portals and applicant tracking tools.

•
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-through.

•
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work independently with a remote team.

•

Experience hiring for SaaS, IoT or product engineering teams would be an advantage.
