About the Role

At AgarkarMedia Private Limited, we are redefining how modern software is conceptualized, built, and shipped. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager who sits at the intersection of product strategy, full-stack architecture, and AI-driven development.

This is not a traditional, hands-off management role. You won't just write specs and hand them over the wall—you will translate complex requirements into clear PRDs and SRS documents, and actively use Agentic Coding tools alongside the Next.js / MERN stack to build, test, and maintain production-grade applications at high velocity.

What You Will Do

- Product Specification & Documentation: Write, analyze, and maintain comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and technical documentation that serve as the source of truth for both human stakeholders and AI coding agents.
- AI-Native App Building: Leverage agentic coding platforms and autonomous IDE tools (such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Antigravity, Cursor, etc.) to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on full-stack web applications.
- AI Integration & Workflows: Design and implement intelligent AI workflows, LLM integrations, and automated pipelines within client and internal products.
- Full-Stack Architecture Oversight: Work directly within Next.js and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React,



Node.js) to review code, debug edge cases, and ensure scalable architecture.
- Quality Assurance & Maintenance: Lead end-to-end testing, deployment verification, performance monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of live applications to ensure reliability and security.

What We Are Looking For

- Technical Foundation: Strong hands-on proficiency with Next.js and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). You understand database schemas, API design, and up-to-date frontend state management.
- Agentic Coding Mastery: Proven experience building real-world software using AI-first and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar autonomous coding environments). You know how to prompt, steer, and debug AI-generated code effectively.
- AI Workflow Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and integrating AI capabilities into web applications.
- Documentation Excellence: Exceptional ability to read, comprehend, and author detailed SRS, PRDs, and technical architecture docs with zero ambiguity.
- Ownership Mindset: Comfort taking a product from a rough concept to a tested, documented, and maintained production app.
