Overview:

(US) Talent Acquisition Specialist /Lead Recruiter

Creative Information Technology, Inc. India (Remote)

Experience: 6- 12 years max. 100% Remote role.

Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract talent. Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various government positions. Manage multiple roles on a daily basis with rapid turnaround on submissions.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for state and local government roles.
- Compliance and Documentation:



Ensure all recruitment processes comply with the CITI hiring process and the state and local government hiring regulations. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSC, MBA, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a minimum of 6-12 years specializing in state and local government client recruitment. Extensive experience in a staffing /consulting firm, Private sector, and government sector.
- You will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating job offers, while ensuring compliance with US work authorization and hiring regulations.
- Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local government hiring processes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously with quick turnaround.
