Role Description The System Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting and enhancing the platform’s technical and operational ecosystems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business and system requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the performance and reliability of the platform.

The System

Consultant will work on system integrations, database-related configurations, and process optimization to ensure seamless online interview experiences for users.



This role also involves documenting technical specifications, providing consulting support to internal stakeholders, coordinating with external partners when needed, and contributing to ongoing product and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Consulting experience with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, translate them into system requirements, and recommend best practices.
- Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee implementation of system enhancements and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with databases and integration technologies to configure, maintain, and optimize platform components.
- Familiarity with online platforms or SaaS products, preferably in edtech or career services.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to agile methodologies, documentation tools, and basic security and compliance principles is beneficial.
