Your Tasks –

Provide complete, accurate and traceable supply chain data through disciplined processing and supplier coordination.

To ensure that you will-

- Collect and maintain MAN supply chain data in defined systems and portals.
- Perform standard completeness, format and plausibility checks.
- Track missing information, deadlines and supplier responses.
- Support MAN suppliers with templates, portals and data requirements and trainings.
- Document evidence, communication and processing status.
- Prepare standard MAN reports and escalate complex cases through MAN governance.
- Complete standard cases within defined procedures
- Request correction of missing or formally incorrect information
- Escalate non-standard, high-risk or unresolved cases
- No independent legal or regulatory interpretation

Your qualification/ minimum requirements -

- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- University degree supply chain, procurement, analytics, sustainability or business
- Initial experience in supply chain, procurement, master data, analytics or shared services
- Strong accuracy, process discipline and advanced MS office skills including Excel and BI & SAP capabilities
- First project experience appreciated
- Excellent English skills and willingness to learn regulatory topics and digital tools
- High communication skills on the phone
