We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Growth Associate who understands content, internet culture, and organic growth to help us build and scale our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Growth: Support the execution of growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
- Content Strategy: Research trends, audience interests, and competitors to generate fresh content ideas, engaging hooks, captions, and video scripts.
- Content Management: Own the content calendar, manage publishing workflows, and coordinate with our video, editing, and posting teams.
- Community Building: Drive meaningful engagement, participate in relevant conversations, and build relationships with student and career communities.
- Growth Experiments: Test current formats, distribution tactics, collaborations, and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance, identify what works, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, or organic growth.




- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent content ideation, storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
- Experience growing social accounts with measurable results.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and independently execute growth experiments.
- Strong ownership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Someone who is proactive, resourceful, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.

Bonus Points

- Experience with US audiences, student communities, or career-focused content.
- Familiarity with SEO, creator collaborations, and social-to-website conversion.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, GA4, Canva, and scheduling platforms.

What Success Looks Like

You'll take ownership of day-to-day social media growth, build a consistent content and experimentation process, improve engagement with our target audience, and help turn social media reach into relevant website traffic and user signups.
