About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Manager cum Content Creator to manage and grow Flexzistay's online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

The primary focus of this role is social media strategy, content planning, ideation, and coordination. The candidate should also be comfortable appearing on camera when required and shooting selected content pieces when needed. This is an occasional part of the role, not the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Flexzistay's brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Ideate and coordinate the creation of Reels, carousels, stories, static posts, and text-based content.
- Write captions, scripts, hooks, and platform-specific copy.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and other team members for content shoots and campaign execution.
- Shoot selected social media content when required and be comfortable appearing on camera for certain content pieces.
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them to the brand's content strategy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor social media performance and use analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including their audiences and content formats.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.




- Ability to independently ideate, plan, and manage content execution.
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Comfort appearing on camera and shooting selected content pieces when required.
- A portfolio or links to previously managed accounts, campaigns, or content.

Tools
- Canva: For social media creatives, carousels, and visual content.
- Instagram Insights / Meta Business Suite: For content management and performance tracking.
- Google Sheets: For content calendars, planning, and reporting.

Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage but is not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing brands.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots, content creators, or marketing campaigns.
- Ability to identify content opportunities and translate them into actionable ideas.

Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Duration: 3 months, extendable to 6 months
- Commitment: 6 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Work Environment: Startup environment with direct exposure to the founding team
