Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in South Delhi.

The Social Media

Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

Responsibilities include monitoring page performance, optimizing posts for engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves coordinating media plans with the wider marketing team, writing copy for posts and campaigns, and supporting social media advertising initiatives.

The Social Media

Executive will also analyze metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to strengthen audience reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms.
- Strong Writing and Communication abilities,
- Experience in Media Planning for digital and social campaigns, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social advertising.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,



Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role within an agency or brand setting is preferred.
