Dear Candidates, Greetings from SkinQure Clinic. We invite experienced candidates who have specialisation in cosmetic clinic management, sales and counselling of skin, hair and Laser treatments for SkinQure clinic, a wellknown clinic for skin, laser and cosmetic industry.
• Preferred who worked in the same industry.
• Minimum experience 6 years as a manager.

Location:
Saket, South Delhi Working Days: Clinic is 7 days working, Once day Weekly off. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Work Timing: Two shifts 10:00AM to 7:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Job Description
• To take the responsibility of the complete sales and operational part of the clinic such as clinic therapies, infrastructure machines specially lasers, stocks, cash and the operational standards.
• To be responsible for counselling the visitors about therapies, laser treatments or other treatments as per need or as suggested by doctors.



She should have knowledge of skin and lasers, common therapies likes peels, facials, lasers ( Laser hair reduction, tattoo removal)
• She should have a good team leader to handle the team of 20 people including therapists, nursing staff, front staff and clinic boys.
• To motivate the team to help the visitors in the form of knowledge.
• To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
• To be responsible for making referrals and testimonials from Patients.
• To make strategy to business, like packages, offers, etc
• She should be polite and friendly in nature, and should have enough knowledge and skills to drive the clinic as a team.
