9-hour shift Employment Type: Full-time Internship Role Overview We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator Intern to develop engaging digital content for JCB Salons. The role offers hands-on experience in short-form video creation, salon shoots, beauty and hairstyling trends, and social-first storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conceptualise content ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other social media formats. 2. Research trending audio, Reel formats, beauty and hairstyling trends, and relevant content opportunities. 3. Assist with shooting videos and photographs featuring salon services, hair transformations, treatments and customer experiences. 4. Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar applications. 5. Develop creative hooks, captions, scripts and visual concepts that reflect the JCB Salons brand. 6. Coordinate with salon managers, hairstylists and the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots. 7.



Create before-and-after transformation content and repurpose existing assets into engaging social content. 8. Support the content calendar by organising assets and preparing content for review and publishing. 9. Make revisions based on feedback and coordinate approvals with the marketing team. 10. Review content performance and share learnings on formats that drive views, reach and engagement. Required Skills 1. Strong creativity and an interest in digital content creation. 2. Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and current social media trends. 3. Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing and visual storytelling. 4. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is preferred. 5. Good communication, coordination and time-management skills. 6. Curiosity, willingness to experiment and openness to feedback. Eligibility Criteria Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. Freshers with a solid interest in content creation and social media may apply. Candidates with sample Reels, video edits, creative projects or a portfolio will be preferred. An interest in beauty, hairstyling, fashion and lifestyle content is an advantage.
