About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer – L3 with strong hands-on expertise in Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control (NAC) deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. The candidate should possess advanced knowledge of network authentication, RADIUS, Active Directory integration, and enterprise network security, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
Aruba ClearPass NAC Administration
• Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass NAC solutions.
• Manage authentication, authorization, and network access control policies.
• Troubleshoot ClearPass services, authentication failures, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and support RADIUS and Active Directory integration.
• Manage network authentication methods, including 802.1X and MAC Authentication.




• Support ClearPass policy configuration, enforcement, and endpoint access management. Network & Security Operations
• Troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and Wireless Access Points.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity and network security issues.
• Support DHCP, authentication services, and network access-related troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Analyze monitoring alerts, thresholds, and performance baselines. Incident & Escalation Management
• Handle complex L3-level network and NAC incidents.
• Troubleshoot critical service disruptions and network outages.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure timely incident escalation and resolution within defined SLAs. Technical Support & Documentation
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, troubleshooting records, and SOPs.
• Support network security changes, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams.




• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure stable and secure network operations. Mandatory Technical Skills

• Aruba Certified Professional – Network Security (ACP-NS) Candidates must meet the certification requirements specified above. Qualification Graduate in any discipline. A degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering will be preferred.
