Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Forex Products role based in Kolkata. The individual in this position will actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements for outward remittances, prepaid forex cards, international SIM cards, travel insurance, and corporate forex solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations, providing accurate information on rates and regulatory requirements, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.



The role involves coordinating with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely service delivery. The Sales Forex Products qualified will also monitor market trends, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Customer relationship management capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a consultative approach.
• Understanding of forex products and services, such as outward remittances, multi-currency cards, and basic regulatory concepts (e.g., LRS, TCS).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Comfort interacting with diverse customer groups, including students, families, travelers, and corporate clients.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and compliance.
