Job Title: Workday Time & Absence Lead

Remote, India Contract Duration: 12 months, with contract engagement

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Time & Absence Lead to support a large-scale HR transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence, along with implementation experience and an understanding of global deployments and country-specific localization. This role is suited to a Workday professional who can contribute to complex transformation initiatives, collaborate with implementation partners, and work effectively in a rapid-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence functional activities.
• Support Workday implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to global or multi-country deployments and country-specific localization requirements.
• Collaborate with System Integrator (SI) partners and cross-functional teams.
• Support functional alignment and delivery within a fast-paced transformation program.
• Help address Time Tracking and Absence requirements across relevant business processes. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• Strong functional expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Prior Workday implementation experience is mandatory.




• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced HR transformation program.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with global or multi-country Workday deployments.
• Experience supporting country-specific localization.
• Previous experience working with System Integrator (SI) partners.
