Role Description The Business Development Intern role at One Dice is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India. The intern will support business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting in lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and helping prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials in collaboration with senior team members.



The intern will engage in follow-ups with prospective clients, support client servicing teams with basic coordination tasks, and contribute to internal reports and performance summaries. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to strategic communication and business development within a full-service agency environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and business trends.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with interest in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline support.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including basic competitor analysis and industry scanning.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (spreadsheets, presentations, documents) is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is expected.
