Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Programmer role based in Ghaziabad. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations, ensuring parts meet design specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering drawings and 3D models, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, and setting up programs for productive and safe machine operation. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve machining processes, and support prototyping and product development activities.



The CNC Programmer will also monitor production runs, troubleshoot machining problems, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong CNC programming skills, including experience with G-code, M-code, and common CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
• Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T;, and 2D/3D CAD models for machining applications.
• Candidates should possess experience with CAM software (such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) for toolpath generation and process planning.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, workholding, feeds and speeds, and shop floor safety practices.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to optimize cycle times while maintaining quality.
• Relevant technical qualification (diploma or degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or CNC Operator/Setter in a manufacturing or automation environment is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and adapt to project-based work with tight timelines.
