The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windchill architecture, workflows, BOM and change management, CAD integration, ETL, database architecture, and migration from non-Windchill systems. Required Skills
• Strong experience in PTC Windchill development, installation, configuration, and customization
• Good understanding of Windchill Architecture and Product Suites
• Experience with GUI, Lifecycle, and Workflow customization
• Knowledge of BOM Management, Change Management, Release Process, and CAD Integration
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and Windchill Bulk Migration
• Experience in CAD migration and migration from non-Windchill systems to Windchill
• Good understanding of Windchill database and table architecture
• Strong development skills in Java, JavaScript, and Web Services
• Ability to develop custom utilities to support migration activities
• Strong debugging,

• Design and implement technical solutions for Windchill implementation and migration projects.
• Install, configure, customize, test, and debug PTC Windchill solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Windchill GUI, workflows, lifecycles, and system functionality.
• Support BOM, Change Management, Release Management, and CAD integration requirements.
• Perform ETL, CAD migration, and bulk migration activities.
• Develop utilities and custom solutions to support data migration.
• Contribute to Windchill enhancements, configurations, implementation methodologies, and customization standards.
• Work with database design and administration aspects related to Windchill.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams and customer stakeholders. Good to Have
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Experience with ThingWorx
• Relevant PTC/Windchill certifications
