About The Department The AI and Digital Platform team at Franklin Templeton creates AI, data, workflow, and digital solutions that support the Sales and Distribution organization. The team includes software engineers, AI specialists, architects, and technical leaders who work together in small, cross-functional teams to build scalable enterprise products. • You will build and enhance production-grade Generative AI capabilities.
• You will develop modern web experiences using React and Angular.
• You will create scalable Python services and APIs.
