In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the company attract and hire top talent. If you have a knack for sourcing candidates, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of recruitment best practices, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates. ● Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. ● Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels. ● Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:



Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand. ● Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a solid talent pipeline for future roles. Skills &
