Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Testing Lead to support the end-to-end testing lifecycle for an SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors North rollout based on an established global template. The Testing Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and reporting testing activities across assigned SAP workstreams, while ensuring adequate coverage for global-template processes, localization, statutory and compliance requirements for roll out, integrations, data migration, security, custom developments, and end-to-end business scenarios. The Testing Lead will work closely with, Functional Leads, Integration Lead, Development team, Data Migration team, Security team, Cutover Manager, business process owners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to ensure the solution is fully validated and ready for Go-Live. Experience
• 12+ years of experience in software/SAP testing, with a minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation and/or rollout testing experience.
• Experience in at least 4 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
• Experience in at 2 SAP SuccessFactors implementation or rollout.
• Experience in at least 2 large-scale SAP testing programs.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing across functional, integration, data, security, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience working with global templates and country/entity-specific localization.
• Experience with testing integrations between SAP and third-party systems.
• Experience with data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with cutover validation and Go-Live readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy and integrated test plan.
• Prepare detailed testing plans for assigned SAP applications and workstreams.
• Define test scenarios, test cases, test data, dependencies, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities with Functional, Technical, Integration,



Data Migration, Security, and Business teams.
• Ensure testing activities remain aligned with the overall project plan and deployment milestones.
• Monitor test execution and ensure planned testing activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Ensure test coverage includes:
• Standard global-template processes
• Approved localization
• Statutory requirements
• Compliance requirements
• Business process variations
• Ensure local requirements are tested without unnecessarily duplicating global-template scenarios.
• Coordinate with Functional Leads to identify country/entity-specific scenarios.
• Ensure changes to the global template are appropriately included in regression testing. Support testing across applicable S/4HANA and SuccessFactors processes in scope. Ensure test scenarios validate complete business processes rather than only individual transactions. SAP Joule Testing
• Support the Testing Manager in establishing testing coverage for Joule Base Activation across all entities.
• Prepare test scenarios for applicable Joule-supported capabilities.

• Coordinate test data requirements with Functional and Data Migration teams.

• 12+ years of SAP/testing experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP implementation or rollout testing experience.
• Experience in multiple S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
