This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing field campaigns, including setting campaign goals, developing timelines, and managing resources. The Field Campaign Manager will oversee on-the-ground activities, guide field teams, and monitor performance to ensure campaign objectives are met. Daily responsibilities include managing local partnerships, tracking progress against key metrics, preparing reports, and communicating updates to leadership. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and supporting sales-related outreach where relevant.



Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in Campaign Management and experience running successful field Campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, with experience organizing tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Background in Sales or outreach, with the ability to engage communities and build local relationships.
• Relevant academic qualification in business, social sciences, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in on-site field roles, ideally within Punjab or similar regions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments and adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
• Fluency in local languages and strong proficiency in English is an advantage. Salary Bracket
