• Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kurnool and Patancheruvu (Hyderabad)
• Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager
• Area of Operation: Branch Location Role PurposeTo achieve sales targets through multiple business sourcing channels, including direct customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with connectors, builders and customers to generate business.
• Lead Generation: Conduct marketing activities and promotional campaigns to source prospective customers.
• Client Meetings and Lead Conversion: Conduct daily client meetings, update customer details in the app and drive lead conversion.
• Documentation: Collect KYC documents, NOI and other required customer documents; prepare customer files and ensure all formalities are completed.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the Branch Sales Manager, sourcing team, Credit, Legal and Technical teams for documentation and case processing.
• Sanction Processing:



Prepare and submit files for sanction, ensuring the required documents are in place.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, applicable legislation and local governance requirements. Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Education:
Undergraduate / Graduate
•

Experience:
At least 6 months of experience in Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the Home Loan market and applicable regulatory requirements
• IT

Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Certifications / Training: Not specified Required Competencies
• Behavioural: Leadership, assertion, aggression, people management, customer orientation, interpersonal skills and relationship management.
