About the role
We're looking for self-driven freelancers to convert education leads into enrolled students. We provide the leads. You follow up, counsel, book slots and collect the pending balance before each batch begins. You earn a commission on the revenue you generate. Responsibilities Contact assigned leads within 24 hours via call, WhatsApp or email Understand each student's or parent's goals and recommend the right course Explain course details, fees and outcomes clearly and honestly Handle objections and follow up until the lead decides Secure the student's slot by collecting the slot booking amount Collect the remaining pending amount before the monthly batch start date Direct all payments only through our official payment link Update lead status in the tracker daily Requirements Must know Telugu and English (fluent speaking and good writing in both)



Experience in sales, counselling or edtech preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome Own phone and reliable internet connection Self-motivated and target-oriented Compensation 20% commission on the revenue you generate Incentives of ₹10,000+ for top performers Payout on the 5th of every month What we provide Qualified leads Training and pitch scripts Team support for queries and demos Flexible hours, work from anywhere Terms Independent contractor role, not employment No false promises or misleading claims about placements or results Payments are collected only through the official company link, never personal accounts
