Our client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and hands-on experience building scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and improve model performance.
• Implement predictive models, classification algorithms, and deep learning solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models and GenAI applications into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement model monitoring, testing, and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering and software teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG.
• Experience building and integrating LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn,



TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Robust understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models through REST APIs, containers, or cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of Git, testing, and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have-Skills
• Experience with Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with MLOps, MLflow, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
