Positioned between costly live-only platforms and impersonal recorded courses, Tutedude delivers a live lecture feel at a learner’s own pace and time. The team is focused on redefining online education with accessible, personalized, and motivating learning journeys. Role Description The Growth & Operations Intern role is a remote, contract position focused on supporting Tutedude’s growth initiatives and day-to-day operational activities. The intern will assist in analyzing user behavior and performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to experimental growth campaigns. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales outreach, tracking project tasks, and documenting processes to ensure smooth operations.



The role also involves helping refine onboarding and support workflows, gathering feedback from learners, and proposing improvements to increase engagement and course completion. This position offers exposure to startup operations, growth strategy, and data-driven decision-making in the edtech sector. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven growth decisions.
• Candidates should possess clear and qualified communication skills for collaborating with teams and interacting with learners or partners.
• Candidates should possess growth hacking and sales skills to support lead generation, user acquisition, and conversion initiatives.
• Candidates should possess project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate operational activities.
• Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM or project management platforms) and a basic understanding of online marketing are beneficial.
• High level of ownership, curiosity about the edtech space, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are preferred.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
