Email Marketing Specialist 5+ Years Remote Full time

Key Responsibilities
• Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
• Design responsive HTML email templates and optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Manage, clean, validate, and segment email lists and databases.
• Manage email marketing platforms, contact imports/exports, integrations, and campaign workflows.
• Set up email automation, lead nurturing, reminders, and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor sender reputation, email deliverability, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
• Monitor domain health, domain reputation, and blacklist status.
• Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in coordination with the IT team.




• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and improve inbox placement.
• Conduct A/B testing, track campaign performance, and prepare reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• Robust experience managing large email databases and contact lists.
• Practical knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and sender reputation.
• Experience with CRM integrations, data migration, and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
