About the programme Most articleships teach you how to account for money. This one teaches you how money moves. The TCG Analyst Accelerator Program is a 2-year articleship for CA Inter qualified students who want front-office exposure to investment banking, capital markets, and strategic finance. It is built around live transaction execution, not backend compliance or routine accounting work.

• Equity and debt fundraising mandates
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Due diligence
• Business valuation and financial modelling
• Research and sector analysis
• Investor evaluation, including how PE and VC firms decide How you will grow
• 0–6 months: Foundation and transaction immersion
• 6–12 months: Controlled transaction ownership




• 12–18 months: Multi-transaction leadership
• 18–24 months: Senior analyst and mentoring role
• Structured training runs through four stages: research foundations, financial modelling and valuation, deal structuring (term sheets, SHA, SSA/SPA), and the investor’s perspective.
• You get weekly 1:1 reviews with a Manager or Partner, plus weekly sessions with an assigned mentor. Who we are looking for
• CA Inter qualified (both groups cleared) and ready to begin a fresh 2-year articleship
• Strong analytical aptitude and comfort with financial statements and Excel
• Curiosity about businesses, sectors, and capital flows
• An owner’s mindset: if a task is assigned, you own it end to end
• Willing to work on-site in Vikhroli West, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Self-driven. Mentorship is provided, but initiative has to come from you. What you get
• Monthly stipend: ₹12,000 in Year 1 and ₹16,000 in Year 2
• Performance Alpha: variable pay of up to 100% of base stipend, linked to monthly quality and efficiency
