We are amongst the top three large diameter pipes manufacturers globall Job Purpose/ Summary To ensure quality assurance and process compliance for pipe bending operations in the PBM Plant by monitoring and controlling critical manufacturing and inspection parameters, ensuring bent pipes conform to customer specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes/standards and project requirements. The role will be responsible for in-process and final inspection, dimensional control, NDT coordination, defect identification, documentation and traceability of bent pipes. The incumbent will work closely with Production, Technical Services, NDT, Maintenance and other functions to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions and ensure consistent product quality.

Job Description
The Quality Engineer – PBM will monitor quality requirements throughout the pipe bending process, from incoming pipe verification through bending, post-bending inspection and final release. The role will ensure that critical parameters such as bend angle, bend radius, ovality, dimensional accuracy, surface condition and pipe integrity are maintained as per approved requirements. The incumbent will conduct and coordinate inspections and testing, review inspection results, identify deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The position will also maintain complete inspection records, test reports, traceability and quality documentation and coordinate with Production and other relevant departments for timely resolution of quality issues and customer/project requirements.
