Head of Growth – Brand, Content & Demand Generation

About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Growth to own SpatialChat's brand, content strategy, distribution, demand generation, and growth engine. You'll work directly with the CEO to define our market positioning, build a strong brand, create compelling content, and turn awareness and engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines exceptional storytelling, creative thinking, analytical rigor, and a builder's mindset. What You'll Own
• Define brand positioning, category narrative, messaging, and thought leadership.
• Own content strategy across LinkedIn, SEO, AI search, blogs, video, webinars, newsletters, and communities.
• Build a scalable content creation and distribution engine.
• Lead demand generation across organic, paid, lifecycle, and account-based marketing.
• Own website messaging, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization.
• Partner with Sales and GTM to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue.
• Build AI-native marketing workflows for content, campaigns, research, and distribution.
• Own growth metrics, experimentation, attribution, and marketing ROI.
• Hire and lead a high-performing brand, content, and growth team.




• Work directly with the CEO on company storytelling and growth strategy. What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology marketing.
• Proven track record of building brands and scaling growth programs.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
• Experience driving measurable demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Deep understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, social, lifecycle, and content distribution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with growth experimentation.
• Ability to work across brand, creative, performance, and GTM.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution.
• Experience building teams and operating in high-growth startups.
• Founder mentality with solid ownership and execution. Nice to Have
• Experience marketing AI-native or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with LinkedIn-led B2B growth and executive thought leadership.
• Familiarity with webinars, virtual events, and community-led growth.
• Experience building global marketing programs.
