Role Description The Sales Associate role at Lucid Campus is a full-time, remote position responsible for engaging with prospective students, families, and educational partners to promote the platform’s counseling services and programs. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Associate will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, qualify leads, present program offerings, and guide prospects through the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.



The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with counseling and marketing teams to align messaging, support campaigns, and provide feedback from the field to improve services and student experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and follow-up.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in organization and planning, including time management, task prioritization, and accurate record-keeping in CRM tools.
• Candidates should possess skills related to digital collaboration, including comfort with remote work tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic office software.
• Experience in education services, counseling, or student-focused programs is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet performance goals, and maintain a skilled, inclusive approach with diverse student populations.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
