We are building a premium Ayurveda wellness brand that brings together traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern science, sold primarily through our own D2C website. The founding team has built household-name Ayurveda brands before and brings deep experience in brand building, technology and investing. We want young, sharp marketers who live inside Ads Manager, think in hooks and tests, leverage AI tools, and want to own real budgets and real numbers early in their career. The mandate Produce a steady flow of scroll-stopping, compliant ad creatives to win on Meta & YouTube. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Create ad concepts, hooks and scripts for short video ads (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and static ads.
• Edit and produce ads (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Figma) with relevant AI tools.
• Find and brief UGC creators, experts and micro-influencers on a lean budget.
• Deliver a weekly batch of new creatives and variations, working closely with the performance marketer.
• Turn insights into new angles:



study competitor ads (Meta Ad Library), comments and customer reviews.
• Write copy for landing pages, product pages and organic social posts. Keep content credible and compliant. MUST HAVE
• 1–4 years making ads or short-form content for brands. A portfolio of ads that actually ran.
• Strong scripting and editing skills; clear grasp of hooks, pacing, captions and CTAs.
• Understands metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPA) and iterates based on data.
• Fluent with AI creative tools (image, video, voice). GOOD TO HAVE
• Health, wellness, nutrition or beauty content experience; bilingual (English + Hindi) writing.
• Own Instagram/YouTube presence or experience growing an organic handle. Why this is a good move for you
