Our portfolio spans natural banana fibre, bio-based leather, moulded pulp packaging, natural fibre composites, bio-nutrients and sustainable consumer products. We aim to create commercially viable alternatives to conventional, resource-intensive materials while enabling agricultural waste valorisation and rural employment. Website: https://www.ecostemgroup.com The OpportunityWe are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder with Strategic Investment Capability to join the leadership team and help accelerate the company's commercialisation, manufacturing scale-up and global expansion. This opportunity is suited to an experienced business leader, entrepreneur or investor who brings a combination of strategic vision, capital commitment, commercial expertise and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Strategy: Co-develop and execute the company's growth strategy, business plan and long-term value creation roadmap.
• Strategic Investment: Contribute personal capital and/or mobilise strategic investment to support manufacturing expansion, product development and working capital.
• Revenue Growth: Develop customer relationships, secure industrial offtake agreements and build scalable domestic and international sales channels.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with manufacturers, research institutions, technology providers and industry stakeholders.
• Commercialisation: Accelerate the transition from product development and pilot projects to repeatable,



revenue-generating business lines.
• Fundraising: Support engagement with institutional investors, impact funds, family offices, government programmes and strategic corporate investors.
• Operational Scale-up: Strengthen business processes, financial discipline, supply chains and organisational capabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven leadership experience as a founder, entrepreneur, CXO, business head or senior executive.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated capability in investment mobilisation or business development.
• Experience in manufacturing, advanced materials, textiles, packaging, automotive, chemicals, agritech, sustainability or cleantech would be advantageous.
• Established industry relationships and the ability to open new markets and strategic accounts.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, long-term orientation and willingness to take an active role in building the business.
• Alignment with sustainable manufacturing, circular economy principles and commercially scalable climate solutions.
