Role Description The Eligibility Verification Specialist role at OnSure Health LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the specialist verifies patient insurance coverage and benefits with payers prior to appointments or services, ensuring accurate eligibility, policy details, and authorization requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient information, contacting insurance carriers, documenting verification outcomes, and updating systems to support clean claim submission. The specialist works closely with front desk staff, billing teams, and other revenue cycle functions to prevent denials and improve collection rates. The role also involves resolving discrepancies, responding to internal inquiries,



and maintaining thorough records in accordance with company guidelines and compliance standards. Qualifications
• Strong insurance verification and formal verification skills, with experience confirming coverage, benefits, and authorization requirements.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret eligibility data, identify discrepancies, and support denial prevention and revenue cycle efficiency.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with payers, internal teams, and patients in a clear, professional manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping within practice management or RCM systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance terminology, basic medical billing concepts, and payer guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, manage high volumes of verification requests, and meet established turnaround times.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM or RCM platforms); prior experience in revenue cycle or front office operations is an advantage.
• Relevant education in healthcare administration, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in insurance or eligibility verification.
