Role Description The Outbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential educator and creator clients via phone, email, and other channels to present Creators Mind™ solutions and convert leads into customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The specialist will collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience,



gather feedback from clients, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets. Qualifications
• Strong outbound sales skills, with experience in reaching out to current prospects and closing deals.
• Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide a positive, solution-focused experience for clients.
• Foundational sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and basic understanding of sales cycles.
• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or services for educators/creators is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
