Experience:

• Strengthen donor identification, notification and compassionate consent pathways.
• Coordinate authorised retrieval teams and timely tissue handover.

• Self-motivated professionals with experience in deceased organ donation, transplant coordination, donor counselling or tissue banking.
• Kidney, liver and multi-organ transplant-coordination experience is welcome. Direct skin/tissue-banking experience is preferred; strong transferable deceased-donation experience will also be considered.
• Tamil proficiency is strongly preferred; English proficiency is required. Extensive travel and availability for time-sensitive coordination are essential.
