About the Role
We need someone to manage our dedicated and shared hosting servers. You will handle day-to-day hosting issues, troubleshoot problems and manage databases. Strong WHM/cPanel experience is a must. What You Will Do
• Manage and maintain our WHM/cPanel dedicated and shared servers
• Create and manage hosting accounts, domains, DNS and SSL certificates
• Fix server, website, email and database issues quickly
• Manage MySQL/MariaDB databases, including complex database tasks
• Support and troubleshoot WordPress websites
• Keep servers secure and updated
• Set up backups,
restore data and migrate websites between servers
• Monitor server performance and uptime
• Document processes and fixes What You Need
• 10+ years of experience in server administration or web hosting
• At least 5 years of experience working as a consultant
• Strong hands-on WHM/cPanel experience (required)
• Experience managing dedicated and shared hosting servers
• Strong database experience (MySQL/MariaDB)
• Experience with WordPress
• Good Linux knowledge (AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux or similar)
• Experience with Apache or LiteSpeed and PHP
• Knowledge of DNS, SSL and SSH
• Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Good written communication
