We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications. The candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations and Salesforce configuration.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes and automation.
• Build and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design data models and implement security, access controls and sharing rules.
• Write Apex test classes, conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues.
• Optimize code and queries for performance and Salesforce governor limits.
• Support deployments, releases and production enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams and stakeholders throughout delivery. Required Skills and Experience




• 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and security.
• Experience with API integrations, OAuth and Named Credentials.
• Knowledge of bulkification, exception handling and unit testing.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI and deployment processes.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or nCino.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
