Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Senior Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, build corporate relationships and generate job opportunities in clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with CROs, pharmaceutical companies.
• Generate job openings and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Manage student placement activities, resume screening and interview preparation.
• Organize recruitment drives and employer interactions.
• Maintain placement trackers, reports and candidate databases.




• Achieve placement targets and improve interview-to-offer conversions. Required Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in placements or corporate relations with CRO companies.
• Robust communication, networking, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research and pharmaceutical hiring is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and job portals. CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
