- B.
Arch degree from a recognised architecture college.
•
- Strong design thinking and an understanding of spatial planning, proportions, natural light, ventilation and materiality.
•
- Ability to develop architectural concepts into practical, well-resolved designs.
•
- Knowledge of architectural working drawings, construction details, sections, elevations and door-window schedules.
•
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray or similar rendering software is an advantage.
•
- Understanding of construction materials, building systems and on-site execution.
•
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and other team members.
•
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and the ability to take responsibility for assigned work.
•
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and individual contribution to projects.

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a relevant design discipline.
•
- Solid understanding of spatial planning, proportions, colour, materials, textures, lighting and furniture design.
•
- Ability to develop interior concepts into functional, well-detailed spaces.
•
- Knowledge of interior working drawings, furniture layouts, false-ceiling plans, electrical layouts, wall elevations and joinery details.
•
- Understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, furniture specifications and their practical application.
•
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion or similar rendering software is an advantage.
•
- Ability to research materials, prepare material palettes and assist with quantity estimates and specifications.
•
- Understanding of site execution and coordination with contractors, carpenters, electricians and vendors.
•
- Good visualisation skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn through the design and execution process.
•
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and individual contribution to projects.
