7+ Years ? Industry: Jewellery / Gems & Diamonds We are looking for an experienced Lead – Sales & Technical Trainer for a leading jewellery retail organisation. We are seeking a professional who combines robust technical knowledge of jewellery with the ability to train retail teams, strengthen product expertise, and drive sales performance. ?

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical training on gold, diamonds, gemstones and jewellery craftsmanship. Train store teams on product knowledge, sales storytelling, upselling and cross-selling. Develop training modules, learning materials, assessments and certification programmes. Conduct store visits, on-the-job coaching and competency evaluations. Improve key retail metrics, including conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).



Monitor training effectiveness and share performance reports with management. ? What We’re Looking For ✅ 7+ years of relevant jewellery-sector training or education experience. ✅ Strong knowledge of gold, diamond grading, gemstones and jewellery craftsmanship. ✅ Experience training jewellery retail sales teams. ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills. ✅ GIA / IGI / IIGJ certifications in gemology, diamonds, or jewellery are preferred. ?
