Hindalco Industries Limited is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Interior Designer with relevant experience in the kitchen industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modular kitchen design, kitchen brands, design software, and technical drawings, along with hands-on experience in client handling, sales, and design execution. The candidate will be responsible for creating customized kitchen designs, managing client interactions, preparing 2D and 3D layouts, and ensuring adherence to company standards and processes across assigned dealer showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
• Kitchen Design & Planning: Create customized modular kitchen designs based on client requirements, space availability, functionality, and aesthetic preferences.
• 2D & 3D Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D layouts and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and the company’s in-house design software.
• Client Handling: Interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, present design concepts, and recommend suitable kitchen solutions.
• Sales & Design Coordination: Manage the complete front-end customer experience by combining design expertise with sales skills to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
• Site Measurements: Conduct and verify site measurements to ensure accurate kitchen planning and design feasibility.
• Dealer Showroom Monitoring: Visit and monitor assigned dealer showrooms to evaluate whether Hindalco’s prescribed processes, design standards, and brand guidelines are being followed.
• Process Compliance: Ensure consistent implementation of company processes and standards at dealer locations and identify areas requiring improvement.




• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with dealers, customers, and relevant teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.
• Product & Brand Knowledge: Stay updated on kitchen products, materials, finishes, accessories, and industry trends to provide effective design solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in the modular kitchen industry.
• Strong understanding of modular kitchen design, layouts, functionality, materials, finishes, and accessories.
• Hands-on experience in client-facing roles involving both kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D technical drawings, and 3D design software.
• Ability to work with the company’s in-house kitchen design software.
• Knowledge of site measurements, space planning, and design feasibility.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to monitor dealer showroom operations and ensure compliance with company processes and brand standards.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be someone who combines creative kitchen design expertise with commercial awareness and strong customer-handling skills. Candidates with prior experience working with modular kitchen brands, kitchen dealers, or kitchen design studios will be preferred.
