The job You make ads. Lots of them, fast: at least 10 finished creatives a day. Static, carousel and short video for Meta and beyond, built with AI at the centre of your workflow. And you'll see exactly which of your designs convert, because we share the numbers. What you'll actually do
• Push at least 10 finished, ready-to-run creatives every day: statics, carousels, short videos, UGC-style edits.
• Turn briefs and ad angles (PCOS, offers, doctor-backed, reviews) into scroll-stopping ads.
• Use AI tools for images, video, voice, edits and variations to go from idea to live in hours, not days.
• Create multiple versions of every winning ad so we can test hooks, visuals and formats.
• Recreate and adapt formats that are working in the market, in SUPR's style.
• See your ads' performance data, learn what converts, and feed that into the next batch.
• Work directly with the founders and our media buyer. No layers, no long approval chains. You're right for this if you




• Have designed ads for D2C brands, and can show ads that actually went live.
• Are heavy on AI: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, CapCut or whatever's fastest. We actively encourage it.
• Are fast. 10 finished creatives a day sounds doable to you, not crazy.
• Care about what converts, not just what looks good.
• Want to grow into a Creative Strategist: understanding why ads win and deciding what to make next.
• Can keep up with our pace. It's fast here, in a good way. You're probably not right if
• You need a week for one ad, or a day for one creative.
