We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US and India Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across both US and Indian markets, with excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US and India hiring.

2.Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.

3.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.

4.Handle US hiring models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.

5.Evaluate US work authorization status and coordinate candidate submissions.

6.Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.

- Worklosely with hiring managers, clients,



and vendors to fulfill hiring requirements.

8.Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills

1.Minimum 5 years of experience in US and India recruitment.

2.Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, Boolean search, and talent sourcing techniques.

3.Positive understanding of US work authorization types, including H1B, GC, GC-EAD, OPT, CPT, and US Citizen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

4.Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred

Experience in IT staffing, niche technology hiring, client handling, and team mentoring.
