Job Title: Senior Executive – Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities

- Identify Training Needs (TNI) and develop quarterly training plans aligned with organizational and project requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs with trainers, site teams, and participants.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners across office and project locations.
- Facilitate online and offline training sessions and monitor training completion through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Send training reminders and maintain training attendance, feedback, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venues, training materials, trainers, and participant communication.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including celebrations, events, employee recognition, and awareness programs.
- Prepare and circulate internal HR communications, including employee birthday wishes, work anniversary announcements, and other employee updates.
- Maintain L&D; documentation, training reports, induction presentations, training calendars, employee engagement calendars,



and other HR records.
- Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Coordinate with department heads and site teams to ensure timely completion of mandatory and role-specific training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and EHS guidelines while conducting L&D; and employee engagement activities.

Requirements
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;

experience with LMS/HRMS platforms is an added advantage.

- Robust organizational, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple activities independently.
- Ability to coordinate training and employee engagement activities across office and construction project locations.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
