Role Description The Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves overseeing engineering projects from concept through validation and manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems within high-precision manufacturing environments. The individual will monitor project performance, identify risks, implement corrective actions,



and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 practices. The role also includes collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-stage manufacturing and engineering initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and collaboration skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to work with engineering software tools, IoT, ERP, and other digital systems used in manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess a solid technical foundation in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, including exposure to metal engineering processes and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related field); a master’s degree or relevant certifications in project or operations management are an advantage.
- Experience in automotive or allied industries, familiarity with Industry 4.0 practices, and understanding of R&D; and prototyping workflows are beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
