Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the end-to-end design and development of residential and commercial projects, ensuring architectural excellence and alignment with Ajmera Realty’s standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams, and collaborating with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies. The role includes supervising design implementation on-site, resolving technical and design challenges, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.

Architect will also participate in client presentations, contribute to design innovation, support project scheduling and resource planning, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional, sustainable, and aesthetically sound solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and construction activities.
- Experience with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Familiarity with relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Proven experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects, preferably within real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
