Role Description The Senior Admissions Counsellor will manage the end-to-end admissions process, including guiding prospective students and families through program selection, application requirements, and timelines.

Responsibilities include conducting admissions consultations, responding to inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and organizing campus visits and information sessions. The role involves assessing applications, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with academic and marketing teams to ensure admissions targets are met.

The Senior Admissions

Counsellor will also contribute to outreach activities, events,



and partner initiatives that strengthen the admissions pipeline. This is a full-time, in office role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills for engaging with prospective students, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to deliver a supportive and responsive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess sales skills to effectively convert leads, meet enrollment goals, and promote programs with clarity and integrity.
- Candidates should possess education-related exposure or understanding of academic programs, admissions processes, or higher education environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, education, or counseling is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with a flexible schedule during peak admissions periods.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student-facing roles in education or related sectors is highly beneficial.
