Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to company and client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, managing on-page and off-page optimization activities, and overseeing link-building initiatives.

The SEO Manager will track performance using web analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role will also collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns and website updates.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and develop effective optimization strategies.




- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building and off-page optimization to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics and performance tracking to measure results and inform ongoing SEO decisions.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and digital campaign skills to align SEO initiatives with broader business and branding objectives.
- Experience with major search engines, SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and on-page technical best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a concise, actionable manner.
- Robust collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
