Minimum 2 End to End green field Implementations,

- Acting as the primary point of contact with Customer, Lead the effort to design, build

and configure applications,
- Specialist with expertise in technology/industry domain/a process / application /

product
- Effectively collaborate with project stakeholders (business sponsors, IT leadership,

subject matter experts, architects, project management, line management, etc.) in producing technical solutions and designs that meets enterprise requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, as well as good presentation and

documentation skills
- Handling L2/L3 Tickets/requests from customers
- Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects
- Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation

of functional consultants




- Ability to work with consultants from the following areas: ABAP, logistics, sales, finance,

Production Planning.

Requirements

- Primary responsibility is to support SD module on day-to-day issues and change

requests.
- Hands on experience on SAP - S/4 HANA System.
- Ability to work with clients to identify key business requirements, Analyze Estimation,

design, development, Testing, Data Migration, Upgradation projects in SAP SD Process Area. Liaise with WRICEF team to create Functional specifications that meet business requirements and solution development. Basic knowledge on Debugging.
- Working with Business users for testing and implementation of break fix issues and

enhancements in the production system.
- Excellent Business Process - Understanding of Sales order Processing, Pricing concepts,

Credit Management, Invoice processing , Delivery Processing, Delivery scheduling, Shipment, Batch Management, Rebates and Agreements, Packing, Third party sales process, STO, Inter Company sales processes, Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or

EDI/IDOC, Output determination, Text Determination, Account determination, Transfer of Requirements,

Availability check and setting up Batch Jobs.

- Experience on interfacing 3 rd party applications with SAP.




- Hands-on experience on cross-functional integration with MM, PP, FI/CO.
- Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align

with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components
- Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications and should be able to

work independently and should
- Team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on

efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, and communicate productively with clients
- Should have hands-on working with the onsite-offshore team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, comfortable working with different

countries across multiple time-zones.
- Adaptable to work in shifts and or based on customer requirement.
- well versed with support methodologies and AMS projects.
